Our work on this site
The text, design, images and code on this site belong to aidar.design, or to the clients whose projects are shown, and are protected by copyright. Client names, logos and brand work remain the property of those clients. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content or case study material without our written permission.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are “starting from” figures. They are indicative, not an offer, and are displayed in your local currency automatically, so the amount may differ slightly from what you expect. We confirm the scope and the price in writing before any project begins.
Projects
Any design or build work is carried out under a separate written agreement that covers scope, timelines, payment and ownership of the finished files. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Free audit and downloads
The free 30-minute audit and the Brand Audit Checklist are offered as general guidance. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and we cannot promise a particular result from acting on them. Booking an audit does not create an obligation for either of us to work together.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or its forms to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content, to try to break or overload it, or to collect other people’s data from it.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our liability
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
